Kid Galahad

about

Training out of the famous Ingle Gym in Sheffield, Kid Galahad is one of the hardest workers in the game.

Making his professional debut back in 2009, Galahad won his first 26 fights as a professional claiming the European, British and Commonwealth Titles at Super-Bantamweight. Following his successes, Galahad moved up to Feather to continue his journey towards a World Title shot and he secured his chance in June 2019 when he took on Leeds Warrior, Josh Warrington in the champions back yard.

After a very close 12 round battle, Galahad lost on a narrow split decision. Never one to be deterred though, he returned to the ring in February 2020 against tough Dominican operator Claudio Marrero in a final eliminator for the IBF World Title. One of his best career performances was displayed in his home city, securing the mandatory position to once again challenge for Warrington’s World crown.

At Fight Camp 2021, Galahad claimed the vacant IBF World Featherweight Title, stopping Jazza Dickens at the end of the 11th round.
