about

Azerbajian giant Magomedrasul Majidov will waste no time in testing himself against the best in the pros after a stunning amateur career.

Majidov’s medal cabinet is over-flowing with prizes, including three golds at the World championships and one in both the European Amateur and Islamic Solidarity Games, and bronze at the 2012 Olympics in London.

Majidov turned pro in September 2019 with a fourth round KO victory at Madison Square Garden in New York and grabbed a second win in December 2019, knocking Tom Little out in the second round of their clash in Saudi Arabia on the undercard of the rematch between Anthony Joshua and Andy Ruiz Jr – with Joshua the man Majidov beat to win his first World Championship in 2011.
