about
Alfie Middlemiss began his professional career in late 2024 following a successful amateur background, steadily gaining experience in the early stages of his time in the pro ranks.
Away from the ring, Middlemiss has a background in acting, most notably portraying Phil Foden in the BBC’s Dear England. He comes from an acting family, with his father, Philip Middlemiss, known for his role as Des Barnes on Coronation Street.
After an active start to his pro journey, Middlemiss’s progress earned him a promotional deal with Eddie Hearn’s Matchroom Boxing, marking a major milestone in his young career. Now newly signed, the Manchester featherweight begins the next chapter of his development under the Matchroom banner.
