'Superman' won his first two fights by stoppage on the undercards of the Lightweight unification clash between Teofimo Lopez and George Kambosos in November 2021 and then in San Diego the following March as part of the supporting cast to Roman 'Chocolatito' Gonzalez vs Julio Cesar Martinez.
The Los Angeles talent suffered a set-back with a six-round draw out in Mexico three months later but bounced back with successive victories, including a third-round KO of 8-0 Christian Sullivan on the undercard of EstradaChocolatito3 in December 2022.
