We are dedicated to integrating our boxers, staff and events with the communities that host us. Through direct engagement and participation, we seek to inspire young individuals and communities, showcasing the positive impact that boxing can have on both individual lives and wider society. By connecting with local delivery partners, we hope to ignite passion and provide pathways for the next generation of boxing talent.

Our approach involves collaboration with a number of key stakeholders – including National Governing Bodies, Active Partnerships, local and national charities, community leaders and policymakers. By directing support, exposure and resources to impactful people and projects, we aim to maximise the positive effects on communities. By utilising qualitative and quantitative academic research, we aim to back our efforts with solid evidence.
